Everything made at Nancy's Notable Nibbles is 100% Gluten Free! We sanitize between all batches in our Cottage Kitchen for the snack mixes. We even use SEPARATE equipment for our nut free products as well.
We are starting to roll out some of the Nibble mix line of products to the online store. currently All products that will be available online will be free from Gluten and All nuts. These products are produced in a Dedicated Gluten Free and Nut Free Facility.

Cheese CRACKERS

Our cheese crackers are light, flaky, and rumored to outshine the red box brand. Each small batch is handcrafted with care—just 64 at a time—using simple ingredients and never any weird preservatives.
Our process begins and ends with cheese. Our competitors sell crackers that are merely seasoned with cheese, but for us, cheese is the star of the show. It’s our number one ingredient, not an afterthought. And we don’t use just any cheese—we bake our crackers with rich, flavorful Tillamook Cheese for a bold, truly cheesy bite in every nibble.
