As someone without gluten allergies I tend to eat gluten and avoid gluten free items as they sometimes are not the best texture or taste. BUT Nancy's items taste just the same, if not better, than something I would buy with gluten. I have had the pleasure of trying her cinnamon rolls, trail mixes, cookies, and bagels. They are all AMAZING, and you would never know it was gluten free, honestly. If you are in a household with someone with food allergies or just trying to cut back on your gluten intake, I would highly recommend trying Nancy's Notable Nibbles so everyone can enjoy something together. I can't wait to try more of her goodies in the future, 10 out of 10!

I just received my first order of Gluten Free Cinnamon Rolls w/icing.
These are the most scrumptious rolls I have ever tasted.  I have been GF with celiac for 14 years and it is so hard to find a bakery that is delicious.
I will be purchasing more of her delights.
